We are always excited to meet the newest little Lutherans! More than that, we are honored that you’re on this webpage and are considering baptism for your child.
what is baptism?
Lutherans believe baptism is a time when God - who is already present everywhere - shows up to claim us with word & water. We believe baptism affirms our place in the ongoing story of God’s love. Baptism is a gift freely given by God - without qualifications, conditions, or demands of any kind. At its center, baptism offers the promise of forgiveness, wholeness, and eternal life!

Nursery available!
Did you know that Christus Victor has a nursery available for families during our 9 a.m. service? We do! Your little one(s), aged 6 weeks to 4 years old, are welcome to play with age-appropriate toys with our professionally trained staff. Parents are welcome to stay in the nursery (there is a speaker to hear the service) or enjoy the service kid-free! Learn more here.
